South Africa to Zambia to Zimbabwe

Yesterday was an interesting travel day starting with my flight to Zambia. The computer systems were down in the Nelspruit airport in South Africa so they had to do manual - yes manual - boarding passes and emigration was a joke. Names were being checked off on a physical passenger manifest and photos of passports taken.

I didn't really realize until I landed in Zambia that I was actually staying in Zimbabwe. I guess there were no direct flights to Zimbabwe so I got to go through immigrations and customs in Zambia and then cross the Zimbabwe border via car at the Victoria Falls bridge.

Quite the goat rodeo, but I finally made it to Zimbabwe.
